Ingredients


3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp Black pepper
4 cup Button mushrooms
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
4 stalk(s) Green onion, scallion, ramp (thinly sliced)
4 leaf Lettuce, romaine (for base of salad)
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh (chopped)
1 large pepper(s) Red bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions


In large bowl, gently toss mushrooms, chopped red pepper, green onions, parsley, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

Serve on top of 4 large lettuce leaves.
