2 tbsp Turbinado sugar
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1 dash Baking powder
1 dash Salt
3 tbsp Almond milk, unsweetened (your choice of nondairy milk is fine)
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure (or any other flavoring of choice)
1/4 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions


Combine ingredients in your favorite mug, cover it, and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Let stand for a full minute to set, then enjoy!
