Ingredients


2 tbsp Lime juice (fresh)
2 tbsp Water
2 date(s) Dates (pitted; or a splash of maple syrup)
1 clove(s) Garlic
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas) (lightly dry toasted in a skillet)
1 dash Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 fruit Lime (zest only)
1 tsp Sriracha
1 tbsp Rolled oats, dry
1 medium potato Sweet potato (baked, cooled, and peeled)

Instructions


Add all ingredients to your high-speed blender and blend until well combined.  Serve with assorted vegetable crudite.
