Kids just love ranch dressing and this recipe is made with whole food ingredients and no oil!

Ingredients


2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar (Tbsp)
2 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Maple syrup
2 clove(s) Garlic (raw)
2 tbsp Dill, fresh (fresh)
1 large stalk(s) Celery (or 1 tsp celery seed)
1 dash Salt and pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp Yoso Unsweetened Almond and Cashew Yogurt
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Rolled oats, dry
1/2 cup Sunflower seeds (or pumpkin seeds; dry toasted; or finely chopped nuts of your choice.)

Instructions


Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend well.

Transfer to serving bowl alongside an array of raw vegetables and seeds.
