3 cup Kale (raw, washed (spinach is fine too))
1 medium Banana (s)
1 cup Frozen mango ((any fruit will do, try pineapple or berries of all kinds))
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground) ((or chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc))
2 date pitted Medjool date
2 cup Water
