1 small Red onion (thinly sliced)
3 medium Carrots (grated)
1/2 cup Parsley, fresh (chopped)
1 cup Olive-avocado dressing
1 avocado(s) Avocado (cubed)

Instructions


1. Combine the cabbage, onion, carrots and most of the parsley.

2. Toss with dressing, adding fresh cubed avocado and garnish with remainder of the parsley.

3. Serve immediately.
