1. Make the flax eggs by combining flaxseeds with 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp. of water. Mix well and put in fridge for 15 minutes, or until mixture gels.
2. Mash the bananas. Mix together the flax eggs, cacao, and cinnamon.
3. Heat coconut oil in a skilled. Add 1/4 cup of batter to skillet (per pancake). Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
1 serving = 2 pancakes + 1 tbsp. coconut nectar
