2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions


  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F)

  2. Mix the ghee with the cajun seasoning and rub well into the chicken thighs

  3. Place in a suitably sized ovenproof dish and bake for 50 minutes
