1 avocado(s) Avocado (halved, peeled, mashed)
57 gm Mozzarella cheese, partially skimmed (sliced)
1/3 cup Cherry Tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Basil, fresh (finely chopped)
1 dash Black pepper


1. Spread avocado evenly over each bread slice.


2. Top with mozzarella, tomatoes and basil. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
