3/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Garlic powder
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp Italian herb seasoning, McCormick (any brand)
1 pinch Sea Salt
1 dash Black pepper
4 breast Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
4 slice Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup slices Avocado (approx. 4 slices)
4 slice Tomato
2 tbsp Basil, fresh (for garnish)
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar glaze, Giant (for drizzling)

Instructions


In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, honey, oil, and Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken and marinate for 20 minutes.

Heat grill to medium high. Grill chicken and cook through, 8 minutes per side.

Once fully cooked, top chicken with mozzarella, avocado and tomato in that order. Cover grill to melt for 2 minutes. 

Garnish with basil and then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
