2 tsp | Italian herb seasoning, McCormick (any brand) |

4 breast | Chicken breast, boneless, skinless |
4 slice | Mozzarella cheese |
1/4 cup slices | Avocado (approx. 4 slices) |
4 slice | Tomato |
2 tbsp | Basil, fresh (for garnish) |
2 tbsp | Balsamic vinegar glaze, Giant (for drizzling) |
In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, honey, oil, and Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken and marinate for 20 minutes.
Heat grill to medium high. Grill chicken and cook through, 8 minutes per side.
Once fully cooked, top chicken with mozzarella, avocado and tomato in that order. Cover grill to melt for 2 minutes.
Garnish with basil and then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
