A classic Mediterranean salad.
Ingredients

Instructions
- Arrange the slices of tomatoes and mozzarella in alternating layers.
- Scatter the basil leaves and arugula on top and season with salt.
- For the dressing, mix together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle the dressing over the tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and arugula.
