Ingredients


1/4 cup Arugula
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Basil, fresh
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
200 gm Mozzarella cheese, partially skimmed (cut into slices)
1/8 tsp Sea salt (to taste)
2 large Tomato (cut into slices)

Instructions


Arrange the slices of tomatoes and mozzarella in alternating layers.

Scatter the basil leaves and arugula on top and season with salt.

For the dressing, mix together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle the dressing over the tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and arugula.

Serve and enjoy!
