Ingredients


1 1/2 cup Hemp milk (hemp bliss unsweetened at Independant)
1/4 tsp Cardamom, ground
1/4 tsp Coarse salt
1/2 cup Quinoa, uncooked (rinsed)
1/4 cup whole/halves Macadamia nuts, unsalted (raw or toasted)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Blackberries

Instructions


In a saucepan, bring quinoa, 3/4 cup hemp milk, water, vanilla, salt, and cardamom to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until liquid is absorbed, 15 minutes.

Remove from heat and let rest five minutes, then fluff with a fork.

For each serving, top 1/2 cup quinoa with 1/2 cup hemp milk, macadamia nuts and berries.
