| 1/2 cup | Pumpkin seeds (pepitas) |
| 1/2 cup | Sesame seeds |
| 1/4 cup | Chia seeds |
| 1/2 cup | Flaxseeds ((ground)) |
| 2 sheet | Seaweed, nori (2 large sheets cut up) |
| 1 tbsp | Garlic powder |
| 1 tbsp | Soy sauce, tamari |
| 1 cup | Water, filtered |
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Add all ingredients to a bowl, stir and let sit for 10 minutes.
4. Spread mixture onto the baking sheet in a thin layer.
5. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top of the mixture. Roll with a rolling pin until the mixture is flat, smooth and even, then discard top layer of parchment paper.
6. Sprinkle with sea salt.
7. Score with a knife to break it apart into squares later on.
8. Bake at 325°F for 50-60 minutes.
9. Break apart and enjoy!
