2 large Carrots (cut into sticks or pieces)
3 large stalk(s) Celery (cut into sticks or pieces)


Wash the outside of the veggies. 

If the veggies are not organic please wash the outside of them with a bit of apple cider vinegar or white vinegar to help remove some of the pesticides.

Wash, cut and serve!

Feel free to use other types of veggies.

If preparing ahead of time to eat over the next few days, package in serving sized containers.
