Ingredients


1 cup grated Carrots
5 date pitted Medjool date
1 cup Rolled oats, dry
1/4 cup hulled Sunflower seeds
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/4 cup Coconut oil
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Maca powder
1/8 tsp Cloves
1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground

Instructions


1. Place all ingredients in order, in a food processor and pulse until smooth and combined.

2. Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll into uniform balls.

3. Refrigerate or freeze the raw carrot cake energy bites in an airtight container.
