1 cup Water
1/4 cup Pecans
2 small Carrots (peeled or scrubbed and cut into chunks)
1 tsp Turmeric, powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 medium Frozen banana
1/2 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavoured (optional)

Instructions


  1. Add the pecans, water, turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Next, add the carrots, banana, and optional protein powder. Continue blending until smooth.
