1 cup Water
1/4 cup Pecans
2 small Carrots (peeled or scrubbed and cut into chunks)
1 tsp Turmeric, powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 medium Frozen banana
1 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavoured (optional)


1. Blend together the pecans, water, turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla until smooth.

2. Next add the carrots, banana, and optional protein powder, and blend.

3. Divide between two glasses and enjoy.
