This is an epic-ally decadent, nutrient dense, flavor sensation. A nice one to spice up your smoothie routine!
Ingredients

Frozen banana
2 small
Carrots
(organic)
2 tbsp
Chia seeds
(organic)
1/4 cup
Rolled oats- Gluten Free
(organic)
1 tbsp
Almond milk, unsweetened
(more for thinner smoothie)
2 tbsp
Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F.
1/4 tsp
Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1 tsp
Cinnamon
1 pecans
Pecans
(or walnut)
1 tsp
Maca powder
(optional)
1 date pitted
Medjool date
(optional)
Instructions
Blend all of the ingredients minus the coconut, cinnamon, pecans & 1 tablespoon vanilla yogurt, until smooth.
Pour into a jar and top with remaining tablespoon of yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon, shredded coconut and pecans. Enjoy!May chop nuts and stir into blended smoothie instead of placing on top.
