1/4 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk
1 medium Carrots (steamed to soften)
3/4 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla, fat-free
3 cube(s) Ice cubes
1/3 cup diced Pineapple (plus juice)
1 dash Pumpkin pie spice
1 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavoured (vanilla)

Instructions


  1. Assemble blender.
  2. Add liquid base, yogurt, fruit, carrot, ice, spice and protein into blender.
  3. Blend until desired consistency.
  4. Enjoy!
