Ingredients


2 cup grated Carrots
2 cup Parsnip (grated)
3/4 cup diced Celery (1 or 2 stalks)
57 gm Red onion (minced)
1 tbsp Parsley, fresh (chopped)
2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
2 gm Dulse (laver, nori), dried (smoked, toasted, crumbled)
2 tsp Apple cider
2 tsp Yellow mustard

1. Combine all the ingredients, mix well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
