Ingredients


2/3 cup Vegetable oil
3/4 cup Honey
2 medium egg Egg
1 1/2 cup Carrot pulp
1 1/2 cup Wheat flour, whole wheat
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Sea salt (optional)

Instructions


Mix the oil and honey together as well as you can, then add the eggs and mix again. Stir in the carrot pulp.

Now add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour the resulting concoction into a greased loaf pan (measuring approximately 8-1/2 inch by 4-1/2 inch by 2-5/8 inch) and bake in a pre-heated 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 60 to 65 minutes.

Remove from over, allow to cool and enjoy!
