1. On med-high heat in pan, toast cashews for about 6-8 mins until a shade darker
2. In small bowl, combine broth & soy sauce
3. In large frying pan, over med-high heat, heat oil, add broccoli and stir fry for about 3 mins (vibrant green colour)
4. Add garlic and liquid ingredients from bowl and cook for another 4-5 mins under broccoli is tender-crisp (not soft)
5. Add cashews and serve!
