454 gm | Cashew butter ((1 lb)) |

1. Soak cashews in water overnight
2. Strain and rinse the soaked cashews.
3. Blend: Pour half of cashews in blender and add half of water.
4. Season: Optional—Add a splash of vanilla extract to the blender.
5. Blend on high for 60 seconds or until well combines. Pour contents in a clean empty pitcher or a large bowl.
6. Add second half of cashews and water to blender and repeat steps 4 and 5.
7. Strain: pour through a nut milk bag or similar small pour straining bag. Strain into a large bowl or empty pitcher.
8. Pour into serving cups to enjoy immediately or into jars or pitchers to store in the fridge for later.
