Optional:
1. Stir coconut aminos, garlic, and ginger together in a small bowl.
2. Coat the bottom of a large skillet with 1 tablespoon of avocado oil and place over medium heat.
3. Add tempeh cubes in a single layer. Cook about 10 minutes, flipping once or twice, until browned on multiple sides. Remove from heat.
4. Sprinkle the stir-fried tempeh with sesame seeds.
