Cauliflower Crusted Pizza

1 bag Cauliflower crumbles/rice (steamed, drained)
1 cup, shredded Mozzarella cheese, partially skimmed
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
1 medium egg Egg
1 pinch Salt and pepper
1 dash Garlic powder


Preheat oven to 425F.

Mix all ingredients together well and spray baking sheet (with foil or parchment paper) with nonstick spray.

Form into 2 personal size pizzas, and cook for about 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Remove from oven and top with toppings of choice. Put back into oven until cheese is melted.
