1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 small Red onion (thinly sliced)
2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp Mustard powder
1/4 tsp Hot pepper (chili) flakes
1 medium head Cauliflower (cut into florets)
1/2 cup Water
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Cilantro (coriander) (chopped)


  1. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high.
  2. Add oil, sliced red onion, garlic, mustard powder, and hot-red-pepper flakes. Cook until onion starts to soften, 2 minutes.
  3. Add cauliflower, cut into florets, water and salt.
  4. Cook, covered, and stirring often, until tender-crisp, 5 to 7 min. Stir in chopped cilantro.
