2 Bags | Frozen cauliflower |

1. Cook frozen cauliflower following the instructions on the bag on the stove.
2. Add cooked cauliflower to the pot. Add garlic and olive oil and puree with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy. Add black pepper and salt. Serve warm.
Note: You are welcome to try other seasonings. Add butter and cream cheese instead of olive oil for a creamier texture. Enjoy!
