Cauliflower Nice Cream Bowls

A healthy option for a frozen sweet treat.


2 cup pieces Frozen cauliflower
3/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (as needed, or another non-dairy milk)
3 drop(s) Stevia sweetener, liquid (as needed)
1/2 cup slices Frozen banana
2 tbsp Hemp protein powder
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 dash Ginger, ground (optional)


1. Blend all of the ingredients in the food processor until smooth or until you’ve reached your preferred consistency.

2. Serve right away!



  • Add 1/3-1/2 cup overnight oats (per serving) for a thicker consistency
  • For a different flavour, add cocoa powder or matcha
  • Use chilled fruit instead of frozen
