|1 medium head||Cauliflower|
|1 1/2 tbsp||Extra virgin olive oil|
|2 tsp||Nutritional yeast (to taste)|
|2 tsp||Cumin (to taste)|
|2 tsp||Chili powder (to taste)|
|1 pinch||Sea salt (to taste)|
1. Cut cauliflower florets into bite-sized pieces.
2. Toss with olive oil until coated.
3. Add spices, salt and nutritional yeast and toss again until coated.
4. Eat immediately, or dehydrate at 115F until desired texture—Put it in the dehydrator for about 8-12 hours.
