1 medium head Cauliflower
1 1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp Nutritional yeast (to taste)
2 tsp Cumin (to taste)
2 tsp Chili powder (to taste)
1 pinch Sea Salt (to taste)

Instructions


  1. Cut cauliflower florets into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Toss with olive oil until coated.
  3. Add spices, salt, and nutritional yeast and toss again until coated.
  4. Eat immediately, or dehydrate at 115F (46C) until desired texture (about 8-12 hours). Enjoy!
