454 gm | Cauliflower crumbles/rice |
3 tbsp | Ghee |
1 tsp | Himalayan sea salt |

If your cauliflower isn't pre-crumbled, use the 'grate' blade on a food processor or a box grater to "rice" the cauliflower.
Melt the ghee in a medium skillet, here you can add scallions if you'd like to add a little more flavor and sauté for a minute.
Add the grated cauliflower, salt and pepper and give it a good stir
Cover the pan then turn the heat down low and slowly cook for 5-7 mins, stir every couple of minutes to ensure the rice doesn't stick to the bottom and burn.
For more flavor stir in fresh herbs a couple of minutes towards the end like basil leaves, parsley or coriander.
