75 gm Almond butter (or any nut or seed butter you prefer)
25 gm Coconut oil
40 gm Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
35 gm Chia seeds
2 tbsp Swerve Sweetener, granular (to taste; or granulated sweetener of your choice)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Coconut flour


  1. Blend all the ingredients together in the food processor or use a stick blender with the blade attachment.

  2. Roll into balls and place on a plate.

  3. Refrigerate then roll in coconut, nuts or cocoa powder.
