Packed with nut butters and chia seeds. They’re quick to make and flexible to changing the flavours to your liking.


75 gm Almond butter (or any nut or seed butter you prefer)
25 gm Coconut oil
40 gm Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
35 gm Chia seeds
2 tbsp Swerve Sweetener, granular (to taste; or granulated sweetener of your choice)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Coconut flour


  1. Blend all the ingredients together in the food processor or use a stick blender with the blade attachment.

  2. Roll into balls and place on a plate.

  3. Refrigerate then roll in coconut, nuts or cocoa powder.
