1 root | Celery root, celeriac |
1 tbsp | Avocado oil |

Preheat oven to 400F. Peel Celery root and slice into fry shaped pieces. Place Celeriac "fries" into a large bowl and add oil and seasoning and stir until evenly coated. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40-45 min until crisp on the outside. Dip in Aioli Mix recipe!
