| 1 tsp | Chaga Tea (ground) |
| 1/2 cup | Water (to make tea) |
| 3/4 cup | Silk Original Coconut Milk |
| 1 tbsp | MCT oil |
| 1 tbsp | Cacao powder, raw |
| 2 tbsp | Collagen peptides |
| 1/2 tsp | Turmeric, ground |
| 1 tsp | Honey, raw |
| 1 cup | Ice cubes |
1. To make the chaga tea, steep your ground Chaga in the boiled water and let sit for at least 10-15 minutes. Preferably, steep it on a low heat for 8-12 hours to be able to reap all of the medicinal benefits of the tea. Then, let cool (i.e. in the fridge/overnight).
2. Mix the cooled tea along with the remaining ingredients in a high-powered blender. If you let it sit for a minute or two, it gets nice and frothy at the top :)
Drink up and enjoy!
