1/4 cup | Chaga Tea (ground) |
1 cup | Tigernut flour |
1 cup | Watermelon Seed Butter |
1/2 cup | Honey, raw |
1 cup | Sweet potato (mashed (already cooked)) |
1 tbsp | Macadamia milk |
3 tsp | Bee Pollen |
First line an 8 x 8 inch square pan or loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the ground chaga and tigernut flour.
In a separate bowl, mix the watermelon seed butter with raw honey until combined.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, along with the mashed sweet potato, and mix until fully incorporated. If the batter is still too crumbly, slowly add macadamia milk or another liquid of choice to it until a relatively thick batter remains.
Pour the entire mixture into the pan, sprinkle with bee pollen, and refrigerate until firm.
Cut the chaga superfood into bars and enjoy!
