1 medium Peach (diced fresh or frozen)
2 leaf Peppermint, fresh (optional: for garnish)

Instructions


  1. Brew, steep, and cool the chamomile tea.
  2. Place the steeped and cooled chamomile tea and peaches into a blender and blend until smooth (add ice if desired).
  3. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
