5 bunch | Swiss chard (trimmed and chopped) |
1 tbsp | Coconut oil |
2 tbsp | Garlic (minced) |
5 cup | Bone broth, Organic (chicken) |
1 tsp | Celtic sea salt |
In a large pot over medium heat, melt coconut oil. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes. Pour in chicken bone broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add chard and raise heat to medium-high. Let greens cook down for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to medium and cook until greens are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
