First, make the coffee by dissolving 1/2 tsp. instant coffee granules into 1 tsp. hot water (or use 1 tsp. espresso, preferably cold-brewed).
Then mix 1 scoop unflavored whey protein, 1/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup lowfat ricotta, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract or rum, and prepared coffee until well combined.
Add about 1 tsp. of stevia powder or a 0-calorie sweetener of your choice.
Spoon into a dessert dish, and garnish with 1 tsp. dusted cocoa powder and 1/4 cup sliced almonds. Serves one.
