|3 cup||Cauliflower (florets)|
|1 tbsp||Nutritional yeast|
|1 tbsp||Almond butter|
|1 tsp||Sea salt|
|1/2 tsp||Black pepper|
|1/8 tsp||Nutmeg, ground (pinch)|
|1 tbsp||Almond milk, unsweetened (optional)|
1. Steam the cauliflower florets in a steamer or over a pot of boiling water until soft.
2. Alternatively you can use ready-made cauliflower rice.
3. Remove from heat and combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until completely mashed together but not runny. If the mixture is too thick, add one tablespoon of almond milk.
4. Transfer to a bowl and top with sesame seeds, chopped chives, green onions or slivered almonds.
