Ingredients


1 bunch Kale (de-stemmed and cut into bite sized pieces)
1 cup Cashew nuts, raw (soaked in water for at least 30 minutes beforehand and then drained)
1/3 cup Nutritional yeast
4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 medium Lemon (juiced)
1 tsp Apple cider
1 1/2 tbsp Dill, fresh
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1/4 cup Water (plus a few extra tablespoons until desired consistency is reached)

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Wash kale thoroughly.
  3. Pour cheese sauce over kale until fully, evenly, coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chips in an even layer.
  5. Bake 25-35 minutes flipping halfway.

1 - 3 days prior [optional], Cashew nuts, raw 1 cup
Instructions:

Put all ingredients except for the kale and water in a blender. Slowly add water; pulse. Then add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until you get a ‘sauce’ consistency (this is your cheese sauce).
