Cherry Almond Popsicles

Ingredients


2 cup pitted Red sour cherry
1/2 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk
1/4 cup Granulated sugar
1/2 tsp Almond extract, McCormick
1 pinch Sea salt, fine
2 cup Tart cherry juice

Instructions


  1. Combine the cherries, almond milk, sugar, cherry juice, almond extract and salt in a blender. Puree until smooth. Transfer the mixture to ten 3-ounce cups and chill in the freezer for 45 minutes before inserting popsicle sticks.
  2. Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
