227 gm Mascarpone cheese
1 cup unsifted Powdered/icing sugar (more or less depending on your preference)
1/2 cup crumbs Graham crackers
908 gm Red sour cherry (with stems)


  1. Carefully rinse the cherries and let them air dry on a clean kitchen towel for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile in a medium bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese with the icing sugar.
  3. Fill a small bowl with graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Dip the cherries into the mascarpone cheese, then into the graham cracker crumbs and place on a serving dish.
