1 1/2 cup frozen Frozen red cherry sour, unsweetened
1/2 small Banana (s)
2 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1/4 cup Rolled oats, dry
1 tbsp Flaxseeds
1/2 tsp Honey, raw (optional for sweetness)
1 scoop Protein Powder, Vega Sport, vanilla

Instructions


Add flaxseeds and oats into a dry blender and pulse until powdered. 

Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
