Ingredients


1 1/2 cup Rolled oats, dry
4 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
3 1/2 cup Coconut milk, reduced fat
3 tbsp Cacao powder, raw
1/8 tsp Stevia sweetener, powder
5 tbsp Coconut, shredded
1/2 cup pitted Sweet cherry, raw
2 tbsp Maple syrup, pure (divided)
5 tsp Dark chocolate (shavings)

Instructions


1. Combine oats, chia, coconut milk, cacao and stevia in a saucepan.

2. Bring to a boil over medium heat and then simmer over lower heat until oats are cooked.

3. Pour into a bowl and top with coconut shavings, cherries, dark chocolate shavings and maple syrup to taste.

Rolled Oats

are high in soluble fiber and may help to lower blood sugar levels and serum cholesterol
