1 1/2 cup Rolled oats, dry
4 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
3 1/2 cup Coconut milk, reduced fat
3 tbsp Cacao powder, raw
1 dash Stevia sweetener, powder
5 tbsp Coconut, shredded
1/2 cup pitted Sweet cherry, raw
2 tbsp Maple syrup, pure
5 tsp Dark chocolate (shavings)


  1. Combine oats, chia, coconut milk, cacao, and stevia in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat until oats are cooked.
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with coconut shavings, cherries, dark chocolate shavings, and maple syrup to taste.
