4 cup pitted Red sour cherry (frozen)
1 cup Water, filtered
1/2 cup Vanilla sugar (more or less depending on your preference)
1 pod Vanilla bean (optional)
2 gm Meringue Powder
2 tbsp Water, filtered (for Meringue Powder)
1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips


  1. In a pot over medium heat, dissolve sugar into 1/2 cup water.
  2. Remove from heat and place into fridge to cool.
  3. In a very small bowl, whisk meringue powder with water until frothy.
  4. Place everything into a food processor and process until smooth.
  5. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
  6. Enjoy immediately or place into a lidded container and store in the freezer.
