Cherry Vanilla Power Bars

A quick power snack, with protein and fiber, great for digestive health!


1/3 cup Dried cherries
1/3 cup Flaxseed meal (ground)
2 1/2 cup Slivered almonds
1/4 tsp Stevia sweetener, powder (vanilla flavour, or 10 drops liquid)
3 tbsp Water (as needed)


  1. Place almonds, flax, cherries, cranberries, and stevia in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until well ground, then pulse in water, 1 tbsp at a time, until the mixture begins to form a ball.
  3. Remove from food processor and press into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
  4. Slice into bars and serve.
