3/4 cup Tart cherry juice (or 1 cup fresh cherries)
1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free (use coconut yogurt for vegan)
1 cup Ice cubes


1. Combine cherry juice, yogurt and ice in a blender and process until smooth.


2. Divide between glasses, serve and enjoy!
