|3 spray (about 1/3 second)||Olive oil cooking spray (as needed)|
|4 scoop||Whey protein powder, chocolate|
|1/2 cup||Flaxseed meal (ground)|
|2 tbsp chopped||Apricot, dried|
|2 tbsp||Dried cherries (chopped)|
|1 tbsp||Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)|
|1 tbsp||Almonds, raw (chopped)|
|2 tbsp||Sesame seeds|
|1/4 cup||Almond butter|
|6 tbsp||Water (as needed)|
1. Lightly coat an 8-inch square baking pan with olive oil spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, using a wooden spoon. Mixture may be dry. If too crumbly to hold together, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until mixture can be formed into a ball (or add an extra tablespoon of almond butter).
3. Press mixture into pan and cut into 6 or 8 equally-sized bars.
