1. Lightly coat an 8-inch square baking pan with olive oil spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, using a wooden spoon. Mixture may be dry. If too crumbly to hold together, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until mixture can be formed into a ball (or add an extra tablespoon of almond butter).
3. Press mixture into pan and cut into 6 or 8 equally-sized bars.
