| 4 scoop | Whey protein powder, chocolate |
| 1/2 cup | Flaxseed meal (ground) |
| 2 tbsp chopped | Apricot, dried |

1. Lightly coat an 8-inch square baking pan with olive oil spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, using a wooden spoon. The mixture may be dry. If too crumbly to hold together, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until mixture can be formed into a ball (or add an extra tablespoon of almond butter).
3. Press mixture into the pan and cut into 6 or 8 equally-sized bars.
