Ingredients


1 cup Water
1/2 cup Frozen berries
1/2 medium Banana (frozen)
1 cup Spinach
1 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla (or chocolate protein powder)
1 tbsp Chia seeds

Instructions


1. In a blender, combine water and spinach first.

 

2. Then add a handful of ice and remaining ingredients.

 

3. Mix until smooth and enjoy.
