1/2 cup Frozen berries
1/2 medium Banana (s) (frozen)
1 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla (or chocolate protein powder)
1 tbsp Chia seeds

  2. Then add frozen berries, banana, whey protein, and chia seeds.
