2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 cup Chia seeds
30 drop(s) Stevia sweetener, liquid (vanilla flavoured)
2 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup Granola

Instructions


  1. Place the almond milk, chia seeds, and stevia in a glass container and whisk until well mixed. Place in the fridge to gel for at least 2 hours to overnight.
  2. Once the chia pudding has gelled, assemble the Chia Blueberry Cups.
    • Start with a layer of granola
    • Followed by a layer of blueberries then chia pudding.
    • Repeat the same layers again and serve.
